If you receive a wrong item in your order:
1.) Contact customer service at Seven Seas Gifts via e-mail. Explain what the item is and if it is on the invoice, include the item number.
2.) You will be advised on the procedure for returning the 'wrong item'.
3.) If you still need to receive an item from your order, follow the steps on the "Shortages" page, if the number on the package doesn't indicate multiple packages -- otherwise, wait a few days longer to allow the remainder of your order to arrive.
